Friday Night, the roof
Ellie found her way to the dorm rooftop, taking a look around. Over the summer a ten inch refractor telescope and dome would be built for use in her classes, and she wanted to see if the space would meet her approval. Frowning at the cigarette butts that littered the roof, she made a note to get no smoking signs placed in the vicinity around the dome. The odd looking garden, however, could stay.
She'd brought her own telescope up to the roof and now set it up. Her target tonight? The full moon and the brilliant light that was Jupiter in the southeast.
