4th Floor Common Room - Wednesday Night - Slumber Party

Blair took a seat on the floor of the common room and looked around. The snacks were set up over by the kitchen, with a separate table just for making s'mores. There was a stack of movies next to the TV and a pile of Cosmo, Seventeen and Elle magazines on one of the coffee tables.

All he needed now was people to observe come party.

"We should have got Jamie to bring his Molly Ringwald movies from the other day," Marie said.

Jude waved a couple of movies over his head. "I got Girls Just Wanna Have Slumber, Sneakin' Out, and Sneakin' Out II: The Sneakening. Awesome slumber party movies."

"Never heard of them, but they sound like fun!"

"Maybe they're canon Canadian," Jude shrugged. "But I used to work at this video store and my boss was like the movie guru. He suggested them."

"Randal? Hey foreign films! Perfect!"

"Half Randal, half Barry, half Dante. Dude, they're not - nevermind." Jude just slumped down and popped in Girls Just Wanna Have Slumber.

Tim snickered. "Hey I'm a red blooded american male. Anything not made in America counts as foreign. I'm just glad there's no subtitles. Or are they in french?" He smirked to show he was just teasing.

"Nah, bro, couldn't get my hands on a copy of The Barbarian Invasions in time," Jude replied blandly. "And it doesn't work the other way, or else almost everything we watch is foreign."

"And we appreciate that." he said. "Honestly I think a lot of Americans consider Canada to be one big 51st state anyway." Still smirking, still kidding.

"Sad but true, bro," Jude sighed. "Besides, where would you get all the good comics? Not to mention our vital exports of snow and beaver pelts."

"Well, I'm PRETTY sure we get snow of our own. But you guys invented hocky didn't you?"

"And basketball," Jude informed him before frowning. "I think. But yeah, hockey's definitely ours. And curling we just stole from the Scottish."

"Really?" Tim asked. "Huh, didn't know that." he thought basketball had been invented by the aztecs or someone like that.

"So which should we watch first?"
