4th Floor Common Room - Wednesday Night - Slumber Party

Blair took a seat on the floor of the common room and looked around. The snacks were set up over by the kitchen, with a separate table just for making s'mores. There was a stack of movies next to the TV and a pile of Cosmo, Seventeen and Elle magazines on one of the coffee tables.

All he needed now was people to ~~observe~~ come party.

"Ah, sorry! Are you okay?" Demyx let go, holding her at arms' length for a moment. "I can try to heal you a little. It seemed to work on Pip. Would that be okay?"

"Um... Okay." she said, not sure what he meant... "What do you need me to do?"

"Um..just hold still? I can't tell you for sure how much effect it'll have, but it shouldn't do anything bad unless you're a zombie." He grinned slightly, his sitar forming in his hands. He played a soft, short melody on it, focusing his magic as a gentle green haze settled around Pippi, then vanished into her.

Pippi looked around at the green haze as it coalesced around her.

"Ooooh." she oooooh'ed.

She blinked and the color started coming back into her cheeks.

Demyx grinned brightly. "Feel any better?"

"Oh yeah..." Pippi's eyes started to dealate and a doofy smile began to pull at the corners of her mouth.

"That takes the edge off..."

She starts to list to the side.

Somebody yell "timber".

Demyx quickly wrappd his arms around her to keep her from falling over. "Careful!"

Two words describe Pippi right about now.

Wet noodle.

"No." she says, "Not just careful... Gentle."

Weeeeeee! Hello Sara! Or shall I call you "Miss Tonin".

"Um...right." Demyx carefully guided/half-dragged Pippi to an empty spot on the couch and helped her sit. "Do you need something to eat? Or a drink? Or anything I can get you?" He was so concerned for her.

Walter had been distracted by talking to Nadia, but that was pretty hard to miss. "What did you do to her?"

He might be trying to get out of the wheelchair.

Walter may recognize the way she's acting from just about every other post-combat period they've been through except this one.

"Yeah..." she said, "Food... Food good."

"A-All I did was heal her!" Demyx stammered, looking worried. "It's a good thing! I didn't hurt her, I swear!"

Walter looked to Pippi for some sort of confirmation before settling back in the chair. He really wasn't up for beating the guy up, so it would be good if he didn't have to try.

Pippi sticks her arm up in the air with a thumbs up.

"I feel pretty good... Floaty..."

"I'll go get you something to eat." Demyx hurried off to the snack table to ~~mostly handwavily~~ grab Pippi some food and drink.

"Kay!" she waved to him and occupied herself with the pretty colors on her quilt.

Whatever Demyx had done must have helped. This was familiar post-fight endorphin-high Pippi.

Good for her. He wondered if Demyx could do that again.

Pippi was never so happy to not be a zombie...

Okay, so she's not thinking clearly, because there are lots of reasons to be glad one is not a zombie.

This is a good one though.

Demyx could do it again. He did have enough magic ability to work healing magic a few times a day, but he'd probably be magically drained for a while. He came back with food for Pippi - a little bit of everything and a bottle of water - and carefully set the plate in her lap. "There you go. I hope it helps." He looked at walter nervously. "I didn't hurt her. I swear."

"It's alright. I see that you helped her. I just... We've been through a lot."

"No... No hurting no more..." she said in a sing song voice.

"Oh! Food!"

*narm narm narm*

"That's good." Demyx looked relieved, sighing. "What about you?" And he finally noticed Walter in a wheelchair. "Geez. Pip, Pippi, and you too? What happened this weekend?" He summoned his instrument again, strumming a chord. "You need help too?"

Pippi tips her head back to drain the bottle of water... And then falls back once she's done with it.

ZZZZZZZZzzzzzzZZZZzzZZZ.

"Cursed objects. Our friends helped us. It was bad, but it's over." That was going to be Walter's refrain when asked about that weekend.

"And if you can help, I got shot a couple of times. I wouldn't say no."

"Ouch. Xigbar used guns, and I know that whenever the Snipers got me it really wasn't fun. So I'll help the best I can, okay?" Demyx found that focusing thread of music again, channelling healing energy to form that fuzzy green haze around Walter this time, and letting it soak in.
