Gym, noonish

Buffy had handwavily gotten her hands on a cd player and had dug through her gear in order to find the perfect practice cd. She had found it.* She had brought her list (with helpful doodles), dressed up in her cheerleading uniform, grabbed everything and wandered down to the gym.

She pulled out a mat and sat down on it, waiting for her victims teams to arrive.

* cd: She's a Rebel - Green Day, 3 Small words - Josie & the pussycats, Hey Mickey - B*witched, Kung Fu Fighting - Carl Douglas

"Neither have I," Tyler shrugged. "I figure it's a betetr use of my energy than making explosives. Bloodlust and an ability to find the basket are about all we realyl need."

[OOC: AFK for a few.]

Parker stopped dribbling, and shot for the hoop. It's sloppy, but it makes it in. "That works. If anyone knows anything about basketball strategy, we might be set."

"Yeah, that might kind of be the issue," Tyler admitted.

He took a ball and, with effort, tossed it to the hoop. It hit the rim and bounced back to the sidelines. "I'm better when I'm not hurt."

"Who isn't?" Parker studied him a moment, shaking her head as she dribbled a ball. "Soap? Pffttt. If you've got to blow something up, can you do it outside the common rooms next time? We just had that place re-decorated from the last bunch who made it explode."

Tyler blinked. "I hurt the common room? Nobody told me that." He sounded genuinely surprised. "And I have no plans to make anything go boom anytime soon."

"Nothing more than smoke damage and smell, this time. Had to air the place out." Parker cocked an eyebrow at him. "Did you hurt your head when it blew? And that's actually fairly reassuring."

"Me hurting my head is reassuring? I'm touched."

Parker grinned, and passed him the ball. "No, that you don't plan a repeat. It's more than I can be sure about the alchemists who did it last time."

Tyler bounced the ball a few times and aimed it at the basket. It went in that time.

"Yeah. I think I'm kind of over my need to blow things up where anyone can get hurt," he said. "Alchemists, huh?" He flipped through his mental rolodex. "That kid Alphonse?"

"That's the one," Parker confirmed. "He figured out how to get spraypaint off the roof first term, too. So he is capable of using his powers for the common good." She grinned, dribbling her ball in place, then passing it toward Tyler.

Tyler caught the ball and tossed it back. "Sounds useful."

"So do you have any interesting powers?"

"The power of Visa. And it's been rumored I can kill people with my brain. But the girl that said that's dead, so... not so much." She grinned, clearly not expecting anyone to take that seriously.
