Greg, it should be noted, was neither emo nor pouty.

'Thoughtful' might be a good word to use, though, and on someone like Greg, it may have beared a passing resemblance to emo. Perhaps emo's second cousin, or the like.

In any case, he was there, poking gently at the hot embers with a stick and trying to keep the smoke from hitting him in the face.

Zack frowned. "Wouldn't you be a figment of Greg's imagination if this is his dream?"

"If you're in Greg's dream, then you're dreaming. Unless you're a dream? In which case, why are you listening to a figment of Greg's imagination?" Parker raised her eyebrows at Zack.

"But if we're both part of Greg's dream it makes perfect sense for us to be talking since Greg would be more likely to dream of us talking instead of just standing around."

"True. So the question is, once we've said whatever Greg's brain wants us to say to him, do we disappear, or move on to someone else's dream?" Parker paused. "Damn, I wish the Professor were still here to ask him about this."

Zack shrugged. "I suppose it depends on whether you believe in a collective unconcious or not."

"I'm guessing you don't?" Parker wouldn't have either, but she's seen enough in Fandom not to dismiss anything at this point. "Is it more or less likely than flying vampire puppies?"

The slow grin of glee on Parker's face might look demonic in the firelight. "Rory Gilmore? One of the people I'm going to introduce you to? Has a vampire puppy. Vladdie, but I just call him Butterfly-Brain. He drinks cow's blood and he flies. Total sweetie."
