Squirrel Common Room - Saturday Evening
Pippi knelt backwards on the chair near the window and looked dubiously at the sky. She'd certainly like to go outside. There were all kinds of things she could do outside and it was summer after all. She was fairly certain that any number of people were out there having all sorts of fun and excitement without her.
But it did look like rain, and she found that to be something of a problem.
Turning into a cat isn't all it's cracked up to be sometimes.
[[ooc: It's a common room. Enjoy. I'm cleaning out a closet and going through boxes so I would welcome the interruption.]]

"Pippi?" she asked, "Are you alright? I noticed you on the shooting range, today. You seem to have grown some...interesting appendages."
no subject
"
Interesting appendages? Whatever do you mean? I'm fine. Please pass the tuna.Oh yeah. I feel fine." she said. "It was like this when I got up this morning. I'm pretty sure Mr. Neilson is to blame somehow... Him or Loki."no subject

handwavywalk in the preserve for most of the day.He spotted Pippi and raised his eyebrows. "Pippi, have you been taking medicines from the clinic?"

Right now it says...
"Yes, cat, I know. No, I don't know how it happened."
no subject
"Well, in case it wasn't Mr. Nielson, who's this 'Loki' you mentioned?"
The name sounded familiar.
Had Pippi talked about him before?

Norse thing.
Riiiiight.
"Okay. And why would he want to turn you into a cat?"
no subject
"But he's got a queer sense of humor does Loki... Mebbe he's jealous all the attention we've been giving to Freyr. Mebbe he didn't like the way we were talkin 'bout him last night... Or this could even be a way of saying he likes us... You can't hardly tell with Loki."

Possibly to call outside to the guy with the stick. Unless he has wandered into the common room, in which case she's just getting some fresh air."Um, hello? Are you lost?"

She saw Pippi. Her eyes widened
and her nostrils flairedand she stood there frozen for a moment, debating the wisdom of going back to hide in her alcove again.no subject

Maybe this morning was just a very, very weird fluke.

Mmm. Walter. No thinking about Pippi and how she smelled good.
Yes.
She put the jewelry box on her lap and very carefully pulled it open.
