Camp Gym, Sunday afternoon

After talking to Cameron, Aeryn needs to hit things. A lot. Therefore, gym.

John's been looking for Aeryn so, after checking the Meerkat cabin, her dorm room, he's in the gym. And that's where he finds her.

"Hey Aeryn," he says, coming up to her.

"Hey," she says, still concentrating on beating the bag.

He frowns, picking on something.

"You're giving that bag quite the beating," he points out.

The bag has a name today. "Uh huh," she says, and kicks it.

"Wanna talk about it?" he asks quietly.

She stops hitting long enough to to take a breath. "Didn't go well," she says. Break's over, time for punching again.

"Guess it didn't," he says quietly. "Wanna knock me around instead of that bag?"

She stops again, briefly. "You don't deserve that," she tells him honestly. "You know, for someone who's so available, he and I have sparred once since March?"

"I'd let you do it if it helped," he says. "And I know. I'm sorry."

Molly was all packed to move back to school, but was reluctant to do so. There isn't a lot going on however so she decided to go to the gym to work on the forms Aeryn had shown her.

"Hey, Aeryn," she called when she saw her.

Aeryn pauses, looking back at her. By her tone it doesn't seem like Cameron's been able to tell her anything yet, so she gives a "Hey," back before going back to the bag.

Molly thought about asking Aeryn to show her some more punching, but watching her at the bag, she decided not to. She sat down near by and watched Aeryn work the bag. "Anything interesting going on today?"

That's an interesting answer to come up with. "Cabin's still there," she reports. "Cameron's an idiot. Glad to almost be back in the dorms again."

Molly focused on the the important part. "What did Cam do? she asked curiously.

"We got into an argument," she says, shrugging before hitting the bag again. "He was very Cameron about it."

"Anything you want to talk about?"

She could tell her, but at the same time she really doesn't want to push everything onto Molly. "People grow apart," she says. "That's basically all that happened." And really, it's the truth, sad to say.

Rory was bored and had some time to kill before she was planning on stopping by the library to do a little tidying up.

So she went to the gym, selected a round-tip epee, and tried to turn all her frustration with the situation with Parker into perfect footwork exercises.

Considering the only times Aeryn's ever seen Rory in the gym was when she felt like hitting things, she greets her with, "You too?"

"Me too, what?" Rory asked, confused.

"...You're actually in the gym for exercise?" Aeryn asks, confused.

"Sort of. Did something happen?" she replied.

"I suppose you could say that," she says. "Argument gone ugly."

"Ah, then yeah, me too," Rory said. "Who'd you fight with? If you want to talk about it, I mean."

"Cameron," she answers, glaring at the bag a little.
