Fourth Floor Common Room, very late, Tuesday Night/Wednesday Morning
Sakurazaki still can't sleep in that room. Pajama-clad and toting a pillow and a blanket, she tries to relocate herself to the common room. Sleeping on her stomach on the couch won't be comfortable, but, dammit, it was better than trying to sleep in there.
Still, even with the relocating, even with how damn tired she was, the moment she starts drifting off to sleep, she can only hear Ranma-chan's voice in her head. //"Thank you for being so nice to me today. You're the best friend I've ever had.."// She pushes herself up as she awakes with a small scream. What the hell?
Grumbling, she gives up. Propping the pillow up against the arm of the couch and curling up inside the blanket, Sakurazaki idly flips channels on the television. Maybe the soft glow of mind numbing entertainment will lull her to sleep untouched by these new memories.
[[open, but the mun may be prone to randomly crashing; she isn't exactly suffering from Sakurazaki's insomnia...yet]]

He takes a deep breath but he can't for some reason. He walks to the window and opens it. The air is fairly clear, but there's this tightness in his chest. His breath is choking on it. He wished he could explain, or at least talk to someone aobut it, but without Setsuna to talk to he was really lacking anyone to confide in. He didn't trust very many people and really when it came to something THIS big, there was no one he knew who could really help him. Tim might say "Cheer up and apologize." John would say "Stop snoring damnit." and other than them he was hardly aquianted with anyone.
Oh but Jude. He hit his own head for such a thought. JUDE. That's a great idea. Tell Jude about how you were in bed with Setsuna. I'm sure he'd understand. He peeks off the edge of the window and wonders about jumping off. He realizes sullenly that he'd be able to take a fall from this high easily and he grabs the building ledge with both hands boredly. He's not sure what he's waiting for here, or if he'll even come down to go to sleep tonight. He bits his lip and sits looking out the window.
He's got to make up with Setsuna. But how? This time he really didn't know if he could patch things up as easily. He doesn't really know how he has before. He's just done his best and that worked. His best didn't seem enough for something so big. He just wished he had someone good with problem solving on his side. Maybe he should make more friends. Not a strong point of his. He'll try though, just as soon as his legs don't feel so much like lead.
He stands and finally walks for Setsuna's room. He doesn't know WHAT he's thinking. She's going to give him hell. He knows it already, but he needs to go, he misses her smile already. He notices the glow of the TV before he knocks and goes to see who it is, maybe they can save him from this certain doom he's jumping in to.
He walks closer and sees who he wan'ts most and least to see. //Setsuna-san...// It's the most gentle and timid his vioce has ever been.

She takes in a deep breath, exhaling it through her nose. She resumes flipping channels, as if the sound of swifty changing shows would drive him away. //"What do you want, Saotome?"//

//"Nothing happened,"// she assures him, sharply, shortly, gruffly.

//"No,"// she says, turning her head away. //"I can't look at you at all right now."// She lifts one hand over her mouth; no, she wasn't going to cry again. Crying over him once already was already too much.

She snatches up her pillow and blanket and storms toward the hallway. She'll sleep on her floor if she has to, but at least her door has a lock.

//"Ranma! Let me go! Do you honestly think you're accomplishing anything, besides making me angrier?"//

//"I told you to let me go."//
That voice is definately not Sakurazaki's. It sounds similiar, but....there's a very strange, dark tone to it that would induce an uncontroble shiver through most mortals.

//"Let. Me. Go!"//

//"So, what are you going to do, then? Hold me here all night?"//

//"Oh my God, Ranma...Ranma, I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry."//
Her sobbing is nearly hysterical.

The second she hits the bed, though, she turns away from him, curling up into a little ball.
//"Will you please just leave me alone now?"//

He takes the contacts and gets a small cup of water to keep them in. He sets it next to her robe next to his bed and reclines backwards on top his sheets. He's true to his words. He won't sleep until he knows she's alright. He stares up at the ceiling hoping morning comes soon.
