Third Floor Common Room, Sunday brunch-ish

Omelette time. After a week with Cafe Fina closed, Walter was willing to wait on other people again. At least after a fashion. In this case it meant that he had the appropriate setup for omelettes of almost any variety, a happy hellpuppy underfoot, and a good mood.

He flopped down on the couch, turned on the TV, and found something on the History Channel that wasn't about WWII or war at all for a change. Hurrah for Leonardo da Vinci for distracting the History Channel execs from war for a little while.

"Speaking of which," Walter handed over a plate to Pip. "Yours is ready."

Ah, but was his anticipation of Pip's omelette-y desires up to snuff?

"I told you that your lawyers were smart," Walter said with a grin. "Do you have any Sunday plans now that you have opposable thumbs again?"

"Nothing's springing to mind," Pip said. "Maybe work out or go to the shooting range. You know, I've been off my training schedule."

Walter nodded. "I was going to spar with Seras this afternoon, but that's the range of my plans."
