The popcorn was made, drinks were in the fridge, and the stack of tapes was by the VCR. Let the first of possibly many movie nights begin.

It's taking every inch of me to keep Setsuna from very OOCly squealing over Cary....*le sigh*

"Oh, Ice cream! Meiweide!" River said. "Pity Berthold isn't here."

River tried the popcorn. Not overly exciting, but they seemed useful for throwing at people. She tried them out at Tim."

Sakurazaki drifts in. Nope, not trying to put off projects or anything still. Not at all.

Still can't quite get over that social anxiety thing, though. Until the movies start, she sticks by the door.

River tilted her head to the side. She wasn't sure what to make of this.

Pippi flounced down the stairs with a large bucket of ice and bottles of perfectly normal lemonade.

"Hi all!"

"Ack!" tim laughed. "That's not what that's for."

"Hi River!" Pippi offered her a bottle of lemonade.

Tim smiled and waved.

Sakurazaki adores old films, even if they aren't (ahem, with a slight playful glare toward Tim) old samurai films. She looks pretty enchanted throughout the whole thing.

This was obviously a popular story as so many films had been made of it. It reminded her a little about the story the Mudders had told about Jayne, and there wasn't much truth behind that.

"Perhaps he just had to leave some money behind and the poor made up this story about him being a hero," River suggested. "He could just have been an ordinary thief."

"Hey!" Tim greeted. "You brought drinks, you're ahead in points now."

Tim, ~~and his mun~~ had never actually seen this one.

"Thank you," River said, and put some popcorn into the bottle.

Usual clinging-to-the-doorframe bashful smile and wave back. "Hey, Tim. Nice set-up."
