Gym, early morning

After waking up and realizing that she'd missed three whole days of practice, Buffy ran down to the gym to work out like woah. Said work out consisted of a lot of jumping and doing cartwheels inbetween yelling "GO GREMLINS!"

Pippi decided to go down to the gym this morning to practice her gymnastic type moves so she can stick her landings like the girls on the tv when she notices Buffy practicing.

"Hi Buffy!" she said walking up, "I haven't seen you for a bit. How ya doing?"

After waking up in the very wee hours of the morning completely rested and unable to get back to sleep (stupid genetically enhanced body) and handwavily ending up in the common room watching bad movies and worse infomericials, Dean decided that the only way to deal with this sudden extra energy was to go to the gym and see if he can wear himself back down to normal human levels.

He wasn't the first one there, no matter how early it was and he brightened when he saw who had beaten him to the punch.

"Buffy, hi!"

"Pippi, hi!" Buffy stopped and looked worried. "Have you been working out? The game's on Saturday, you know. It's important that we're ready."

Buffy smiled brightly, after giving Dean a very quick puzzled look. Wow, his hair grew fast. "Hi Dean!"

Dean tilted his head and grinned at her. "How did you know it was me?"

Pippi went over into a handstand and turned around on her hands so she could bend her head forward to look up at Buffy.

"Oh yes," she said. "I'm here now aren't I? But where have you been may I ask? We missed you at practice. Are you okay?"

Buffy blinked at him in confusion. "I got knocked out cold. I didn't get amnesia" She tilted her head. "You look more like Alec than usual though. Did you get hair extensions or something?"

Buffy pouted. "At the clinic. I fought a Scorpion and it bashed me against a rock."

"Alec and I got bodyswapped. You're one of the first people I haven't had to prove I'm really Dean by saying something really embarrassing I know about that person. Which is probably a good thing becuase I don't think I know anything embarrassing about you yet." He continued grinning at her. "It's good to see you out of the medical center and, y'know, awake."

Sam wasn't sure if he really felt like working out, but it was definitely better than sitting around and waiting for his afternoon workshop time.

He frowned when he saw Buffy working out so soon after getting out of the clinic, and made a beeline towards her. "Buffy? What are you doing?"

The best way to beat any more disappointments in karate was probably to hit the gym before the class for her own training. Think of it as a warm up. Besides, Sakurazaki had a bit of a plan, and it would be best if she was warmed up and limber anyway.

Straight to the practise swords again; she felt really good after that workout, so she went for that again.

"Oh dear," Pippi said frowning, though she was upside down so it may have looked like a smile.

"That must have been a big Scorpion!"

"I have no embarrassing secrets," Buffy said quickly. "None at all! Absolutely none." She quickly changed the topic. "You got bodyswapped? Does that mean you're a big kitty now?"

Buffy gave him a smile and a puzzled frown. "Working out, of course! The game is on Saturday!"

Buffy waved to the girl, before going back to talking to the Winchesters.

"Huge!" Buffy agreed.

She flipped over on her hands again. "So you had a cheer practice even though I wasn't there? Awesome!"

"Apparently. No tail though. And I haven't yet seemed to have the desire to roll over and have someone pet my tummy while I purr." He paused thoughtfully and shot her a kinda leering grin. "Although I can think of a few people I'd actually do that for."

Sakurazaki nods back, but then gets right into her strength swings.

"And you should be resting, so that you'll be all right on Saturday," Sam replied.

Buffy narrowed her eyes (and tried really hard not to smile). "By 'a few' you mean Dawn, right? Otherwise it's my duty as sort-of sister to kick your ass, I've decided."

She looked thoughtful for a moment, then decided to test a theory. "Hey. If I told you to drop your pants, would you?"

"Hey Sammy," Dean greeted his brother. "Finally taking my advice and working out?"

"I would mean Dawn, yes. Top of the very short list is Dawn." Dean stared at her. "Why the hell would I do that?"

"Oh yes, Marie ran it. I mean, that's what you have co-Captains for ya?" She bent her arms and launched herself into the air, landing on her feet. She still giving a bit of a hop at the end.

"Ah. Definitely Dean." Buffy nodded, grinning. She reached out to poke him curiously. "Are you super-fast like Alec too? Because that's totally unfair. I so would have kicked his ass if he didn't have the super fast thing." The training since he was little might have helped some too, but Buffy ignored that for the moment.

"Don't be silly." Buffy smiled and patted his arm. "I feel totally fine, no resting needed!"
