The big game is on Saturday.

Buffy is awake.

You bet your ass there'll be a practice!

Buffy is looking a little battered, but definitely cheerful. The CD-player is blasting Kung-Fu Fighting at max volume, and the mats have been pulled out. "Okay! Today we'll be practicing in trios! So I hope you're all here! It's very important that we get *nsync in sync before the game, so work hard, guys!"

D'anna grinned. "We're good. Ready to come back down?"

"Yep!" Marie said. "Okay, this one's a little trickier, so I'm going to bend my knees and if you guys could each grab an arm with one hand, I can get down."

D'anna and Alec both complied with Marie's request. "We're a go for operation back to Earth."

Once Marie was safely back on the ground, she grinned at D'Anna and Alec. "You guys are doing really well with this," she complimented.

"Thanks!" D'anna grinned "I guess we're quick learners?"

Alec was grinning as well, dusting off his hands and looking pleased. "Good thing, or we might've put Marie in the clinic and earned the wrath of Buffy."

"And I know I don't want to face her wrath if things don't go perfectly this weekend," Marie said.

"All fear the wrath of Buffy, for she shall be perky at you till you coward under the bleachers!" D said with a wink.

They ran through a few more lifts, a bit of the choreography and chattered about some the cheers as they went before calling it a day.
