The big game is on Saturday.

Buffy is awake.

You bet your ass there'll be a practice!

Buffy is looking a little battered, but definitely cheerful. The CD-player is blasting Kung-Fu Fighting at max volume, and the mats have been pulled out. "Okay! Today we'll be practicing in trios! So I hope you're all here! It's very important that we get *nsync in sync before the game, so work hard, guys!"

"Not much, actually." D said. "Just thought I'd say hello and see that you're..." There was the faintest idea that she should say something more concrete here but she couldn't grasp what it was, "alright. Been making it out of the dorms more than just to glare at us and steal your students' shoes?"

"Not really, haven't been in a mood too," Callisto shrugged. "D'anna, do you remember me doing anything... strange Monday night?"

"Call it a hunch, but I think we need to get you out more." Now it was D's turn to shrug. "No...? I remember speaking to you but gods only know about what. Should I?"

"Don't worry, I'm sure I'd remember if you said something embarrassing," Callisto said. "I feel like there's something I did I should be worried about, but I'm not sure what."

"Greeeaaat. Thanks, Coach." D looked far from thankful. "Nothing comes to mind. I could check my cameras if you'd like." So she didn't remember having her camera, but floating the idea that maybe Callisto had done something embarrassing on tape made her feel better.

"Could you?" Callisto asked. "I'd really like to know what it was, because I have the feeling it was really bad."

"Sure." D smiled. Inside? She was kicking herself. "Not a problem."

"Thanks," Callisto grinned back.
