The Roof, Wednesday Night

Bel? Still in demon form.

Elizabeth had suggested that it was an emotional reason, not a physical or magical one, that was causing him to be stuck in demon form. Janet's examination seemed to confirm this. Willing to try anything at this point, Bel was on the roof, trying to relax. Trying not to think about how he would be under a death sentence if he ever set foot in the Underworld again. Trying not to think about how he had almost screwed up his relationship with Phoebe by keeping things from her. Or how he was worried that he couldn't control his demon side. Or that people thought he was sleeping with Veronica. Or that Angel was shacked up with Logan.

Stressed, him? Nah.

So. Relax. Bel lit up a cigarette and settled by the garden, trying to clear his head.

"Christmas tinsel," Cameron said, pulling it out of his pocket. "It's even red to get into the spirit. I'm sure we can get extra credit out of this."

"I'm not going to show them to anyone else," Cameron promised. Of course, he couldn't predict what Veronica was going to do with them. "Come on, it will be fun. Put some tinsel on your head, conjure up some flame and it will be true art."

Bel summoned flame to his hand and held up the fireball threateningly...as threatenly as he could with tinsel on his head. "I feel stupid," he muttered.

"Nah, man. You're cool. Just think of the credit," Cameron assured him, but he was glad he could hide behind the camera as he took the last shots. "And we're finished anyway. You rock."

"Don't. This is gold," Cameron quickly slipped the camera behind his back. "Doctor Pevensie gave me some meditating CDs a while ago to help me relax. Turns out they drive me up the wall and I relax more when I wear myself out physically. I don't know what does the trick for you, but you can borrow those CDs if you want."
