The Roof, Tuesday Night

Phoebe was sitting on the edge of the roof, hanging her legs over the side as she drank her soda.

Lana's taking her to the Cove on Friday had let her deal with everything that she had been holding in. The talk with Piper had made her feel a little bit better since she now knew that Piper thought about their dad, too.

Of course, it didn't make her feel any better about the fact that both of her sisters were going to be gone at the end of the summer.

She sighed and took another drink as she watched the sunset.

Phoebe smiled at him. "It's alright. I think people were trying to adjust to the change of being in the cabins and the workshops beginning."

"I just can't stand cats.. so I didn't really go inside the cabin much..." Don't smile... ack...

"I'm sorry that Seraphim caused you so much distress. He's kind of like a protector, but I'm sorry he made his nap on your bed."

"It's not... your fault or anything... My dad kinda made me... really scared of cats. I'm sure he's not a bad cat..."

Phoebe smiled at him again.

"Oh he's not. He's a real sweetheart and looks out for me at times when I'm alone."

"I've.. always sorta wanted a pet. I never could get one cuz I was always traveling... but now I guess I'll have some time in one place..."

"If you'd like, I can help you find one suitable to you after you get permission from the school admins to have one?"

"That'd be.. really nice.. I think I'd like a dog... maybe it'd help keep the cats away..." Blush, sheesh people aren't normally this nice to him. Guess that's because he mostly hangs out with John and Setsuna...

"Yeah, there aren't many dogs here, so that would be a nice change."

He nods. "Well they are a bit noiser and some are bigger than cats.. so I'll have to find one that's... not too big or too loud." Beagle Beagle beagle.
