2nd Floor Common Room

Jamie is so tired after the Music Festival that he collapses in the 2nd Floor lounge and starts flipping channels.

It is isn't until Jamie flips two channels past a game show that the image registers and he clicks back to it.

On the screen is the older and original version of Jamie playing what appears to be a "Who wants to be a Millionaire?" type show.

Jamie sits and watches it with his mouth hanging open and let his brain just boggle at the concept.

Tyler is almost whistling as he passes in front of the second floor common room, and he grins as he walks in and takes a seat. "Dude, is that you on TV?"

"Brother!" Joxer said, sitting down next to Jamie. "You were amazing with the sock theater."

"Uh. Yeah. I think so." Jamie said scratching his head. "Or in the proper vernacular I believe the term is 'Buh-zuh?'"

"Hey Jox! Where've you been lately?" Jamie said taking his eyes off the TV for a moment. "I've been hearing on the radio something about you and Kaylee?"

Peter walked by the Common Room, then looked in. "Is this another of those TV shows where people try to get famous?"

Joxer nodded. "Your show kind of turned into a makeshift date," he said. "We're only starting to get into the kissing stuff. And the cakey goodness thing I don't exactly understand and I'm going to wait until she brings it up."

"No. It's where they become rich," Jamie said scratching his head. "And apparently it's me who's becoming rich. Or the other me rather."

Sam wandered into the common room, watched the television show for a few minutes, and asked Jamie, "So, does it burn a phone call to a friend if he calls a dupe, or is it just thinking time?"

This is enough to make Jamie turn from the tv and blink at Joxer. "Cakey goodness?"

Peter tilted his head to look at the screen. "Interesting. Does he win?"

"Buh-zuh," Tyler agreed.

He squinted at the screen. "At least you know you age okay."

Peter grinned at Tyler. "How'd the pizza go?"

"Um. I think it's a phone call," Jamie said scratching his head and still boggling over the TV. "And if he calls me he is S.O.L."

"It was really nice," Tyler said, smile suggesting it was a bit more than nice. "River's different. I feel good with her."

"I have no idea. I think this is live TV," Jamie said still boggling at what was happening. He turned away from the TV finally shaking his head. "So how have you been Peter?"

Tyler nodded. "Girl Sam, right?" he said. "Hi."

"Seems like a gyp to me," Sam decided, perching on the arm of a chair, "and don't you know as much as he did?"

"If I live that long again. This time around I think I'll wear more sunscreen. Helps keep the wrinkles away," Jamie said absent-mindedly.

"It's so often hard to tell," Tyler said, blushing a little.

He smiled. "Did you go to the concert today?"

Peter blinked. "Ah, I didn't realise that. It's like radio then?" He smiled. "I'm doing very well, thank you. How are you?"

"You could wear hats," Tyler suggested. "Stay out of the sun. Exercise more."

She shook her head. "Concert? And, I'm sorry, I've forgotten your name."

"Brilliant," Peter said, still grinning. "That really is brilliant."

"Hats always make my hair look funny. I should probably cut down on the read meat and start eating more vegetables too," Jamie said frowning a little.
