Fifth Floor Common Room, Morning

Pip yawned as he poured in the crepe mix and started to fry up a mess of crepes (as a group of crepes of any size is a "mess").

From a nearby comfortable chair, Merdebaise watched her pet with lazy eyes and occasionally meowed at him. Possibly giving him suggestions.

An interesting smell found its way even into room 510. Berthold, feeling brave after yesterdays successful rafting adventure, hid under his blanket and crawled out into the kitchen. He sniffled.

Pip raised an eyebrow at the creeping blanket in the Common Room. "Anyone under there?"

Berhold extended a tentacle from underneath the blanket and waved to Pip.

"...Okay. That's a new one," Pip said, turning back to his crepes.

Merdebaise stood up and hopped down to the floor to inspect this new creature.

Pippi came back up the stairs after discussing art with River (http://community.livejournal.com/fandomhighdorms/694635.html?thread=45823339#t45823339) on the front lawn.

"Good morning Pip, who makes the most wonderful creepies in the whole world and is generous as he is clever."

"That's an awful lot of compliments," Pip said, flipping the crepe in the pan. "I suspect that you secretly want something ouf ot me."

"Well now that just isn't true!" she said, unfortunately, her stomach chose just that moment to growl. "Can't I just wish my friend, who (did I mention?) makes the most wonderful creepies, a good morning?"

"There's no need to butter me up," Pip said. "I'm making them for anyone who comes by. Whatcha want on it?"

Nadia stumbled her way into the fifth floor common room. There was food there somewhere, she could smell it.

First, though, there were other things to be taken care of.

"Coffeeeeeeeee," she muttered.

Pip pointed to the coffee machine. "Over younder. Can I interest you in a creeeeeeepe?"

Nadia wandered over and started poking somewhat ineffectually at the coffee machine.

She was seriously missing her butler boyfriend.

"Food is good," she answered intelligently.

"And what would you like on it?" Pip asked. "And do you need me to help you make that coffee?"

"I was just about to make some." said Pippi opening a cabinet to get the stuff out. "Morning by the way."

"Morning." Nadia poked at the cabinets, as if doing so would reveal the location of the cups to her.

She really wasn't much of a morning person.

Ivanova wandered in, non-chalant, with her hair in a sleep-fluffy braid. "Morning, all," she yawned. "Oooh, crepes."

Pip blinked a few times. Or winked. "Ivanova?"

"Pip." She was trying very, very hard to keep the massive grin threatening to burst out under control.

Pip grunted as he glanced around at the various cooking implements he was holding/watching over. He gestured with his head. "C'mere, you."

Nadia waved sleepily from where she was waiting for coffee. "Hey!"

"Morning!" Ivanova had already caffienated or she'd be in much the same state.

Pippi flounced forward and gave her a big hug.
