Gym - Tuesday afternoon

Molly had gotten sidetracked on Saturday, what with being someone else and all, and didn't even know if there had been a cheer practice or not. She also didn't know if she would make it to the one that should be scheduled for tomorrow. What she did know was that the next basketball game was on Saturday and she still hadn't made it to a cheer practice lately, even though she'd wanted to.

That was why Molly went to the gym today, to go through the routines and hope she didn't forgetting anything.

Pippi was thinking much the same thing when she flounced into the Gym after lunch.

"Pippi!" Molly called with a wave. "Yay, another cheerleader!"

"Hi Molly!" Pippi waved back.

"Did we miss a practice on Saturday?"

"I know I did," Molly said with a grin. "And Patty was a cheerleader, so I had no excuse for forgetting."

"Maybe they had cheer practice on a different day at Rydell?"

Molly laughed. "No, Patty told Sandy that there was practice in the afternoon. I, Patty, just got sidetracked. She got it in her head to go make campaign posters for student council."

"Huh." Pippi said thoughtfully. "So, are all American teenagers like those people or are they a special case because they're from like... 50 years ago?"

"I don't know any teenagers like those," Molly said. "I think it was the time thing."

"I guess I haven't missed as many as I thought," Molly said with a grin. "I wonder who Buffy left in charge."

"Don't look at me, you're the co-captain."

Molly shook her head. "Buffy recruited me before tryouts, but I'm not a co-captain. Just Alec and Marie. I was just wondering which one of them was left in charge."
