2nd Floor Common Room: Evening

Jamie has taken over the second floor common room. He is wearing his crown from Dada class proudly and most importantly has control over the remote for the TV.

The show he is watching is Dirty Jobs. Which isn't porn or dirty. Well it's dirty... just not "OMGDIRTY!"

Any one who tries to change the channel is most likely to be smited by the Dada King.

"Thanks," Joxer said. "Erm, did... did you get a haircut or something?"

"Cut and dyed, yeah," Peter said. "There was a thing which lead to another thing and all of a sudden it seemed like this would be the best solution."

Joxer snapped his fingers. "Thought so." He pointed at his eyes. "These things are trained to spot everything, so it's hard to sneak something like that past me."

"A drastic shift in hair color isn't exactly 'sneaking,' but I think I get your drift," Peter said.

Joxer nodded. "Workshops treating you well?"

"I've had three workshops with the ninja without getting myself killed, so that's a big yes," Peter said.

"None of my teachers seem all that scary," Joxer said. "I did managed to keep the secret of my younger brother who likes other boys on Monday. No way I was letting that slip out."

"Good for you," Peter said. "You really seem to be getting the hang of that lying thing."

"I guess I'm a natural," Joxer said. "So what exactly is the ninja teaching you? Ninjary?"

"Archery," Peter said. "There's been some improvement. I'm just bad now, not wholly incompetant."

"Are you shooting at targets or live animals?" Joxer asked. "I could never manage to hit anything that didn't stand still, when I was a kid."

"Targets, although there were random badgers around today," Peter said. "I wasn't aiming for them, though."

Joxer nodded. "Probably the best way to learn." He laughed. "Start wielding a sword, and you might put me out of a job."

"What job is that?" Peter asked.

"Being a mighty hero, of course," Joxer said. "Righter of wrongs and savior of many."

"How many is 'many'?" Peter asked curiously.

Joxer attempted to count, using his fingers. He failed horribly so her tried to make it look as if her wasn't counting at all, shoving his hand behind his neck.

"A lot," Joxer said. "That's how many."

"Well, that certainly is... a lot," Peter said.

Joxer nodded emphatically. "You don't get to be called Joxer the Mighty if you only save a couple people."

"Who gave you that name?" Peter wondered.

Joxer laughed, and quickly mumbled "Mymomdid."

"I'm sorry?" Peter asked. "I didn't catch that."

Joxer coughed. "Erm, my. . . mom?"

"Ah," Peter said. "Well, good for you. It's nice that your mom liked you that much."

Joxer smiled. "She was really nice," he said, sounding like a total dork.
