Second Floor Common Room, Tuesday Evening

Sam hadn't had enough room in her own dorm room to read the swoop bike schematics from Anakin properly, so now they were spread out on the common room floor. She was taking notes and adding her own annotations to the plans, in the hopes that she'd know what she was doing when it came time to help Cameron.

There was a radio playing oldies on in the background, and Sam occasionally sang (badly) a lyric or two. Besides, the work helped her keep her mind off where she'd gotten them, and the fact that she wouldn't be able to ask Anakin for help when she got stuck.

"Cool. I got permission for us to use the Danger Shop. Er, us meaning Cam and I, but if I'm working on my own bike, you're more than welcome to help," Sam leaned over and pointed with her pencil to one of the parts. "Even in English I can't figure out what that one's for, and I'm not sure we have one. Think we could rig one from found objects?"

Bridge examines it thoughtfully. "I think I've got something we could modify that could do the job just as well as the original."

"Excellent!" If Sam had an evil laugh, this would have been one of those times when she used it.

"This is *so* cool," Bridge enthuses, making a quick sketch of the part in his notebook.

"Isn't it?" Sam bounced a little, then leaned forward, pointing again. "Look at that. Have you ever seen anything like it?"
