Blair headed out to the common room to relax after a hard day of meditating. Yeah, it sounded weird to him too.

He popped some popcorn and flipped the channel till he found some Bitterwoman reruns.

Except for classes, Molly hadn't gone out 'in public' since she got back. After sitting in her room for a while, she'd finally decided to see who was around. This brought her to the fourth floor common room. Happy to see that it wasn't overflowing, she went in.

"Hey, Blair," she said with a small grin.

"Hi, Molly. Want some popcorn?" Blair asked with a smile, holding out the bowl.

Joxer entered the common room and sat down on one of the couches.

"Anyone seen any giants lately?" he asked.

"Sure," Molly said. She took a handful and sat down near by. "How've you been Blair?"

"...no." Blair looked around the room and behind the couch briefly. "I think we're giant free at the moment."

"Great." Blair bounced. "Classes started back up, and Dr. Jackson is teaching again and talking about starting an archaeology club. How about you?"

"Good," Joxer said. "I think he heard that I was coming for him, and he skipped town. Assuming it was a he. The giant might have a been a she-giant."

"Did I miss something on the radio about a giant?" Blair asked.

"The giant that Nadia sent me after that might have kidnapped Marie," Joxer explained. "I never did find it."

"Nadia sent you after a giant that kidnapped Maire." Blair frowned. He was pretty sure that there was a lie somewhere in this story, but he wasn't sure where. "When did she send you after it?"

"Sunday morning," Joxer said. "She was organizing the search efforts."

"I'm glad classes have started up again too," Molly said, exhibiting a little less energy than one might expect of her, but still with a grin. "Also glad Dr. Jackson is teaching again. I learned a lot in his class last year. An archaeology club sounds like fun. I could do the heavy lifting."

"Heavy lifters are always useful." Blair peered at her for a moment. "Molly, I don't want to be all rude...but is everything okay?"

"Ahhh." Blair smiled. "Then the giant probably is gone. You know giants, very busy working their regular jobs during the week. Can't be off kidnapping people all the time."

"Exactly," Joxer said. "And after learning that I was all ready to kick his or her butt to Tartarus and back, they'll probably stay at their day job."

"You scared them straight, man." Blair grinned and bounced.

Molly shook her head slightly. "It's been a long month," she said.

"You can do that?" Joxer asked. "I thought that sort of thing was a personal preference or something."
