Roof of the Squirrel Cabin, Thursday afternoon/evening

Sometimes, you just need to get out. And Pip had done just that. He was on the roof of Squirrel cabin, playing his guitar, thinking about nothing at all.

After chasing Pippi off the roof, Walter followed the clue to Squirrel cabin. He had a good guess as to why Pip might be up there.

"Hey. Did I keep you waiting?"

"For what?" Pip asked innocently.

Right. Walter grinned up at Pip before looking around to see how he'd climbed up there to start with. "For me, of course."

"Don't know what you're talking about," Pip said. "I do have a gift for you if you want it, though."

Walter ended up picking a tree with an overhanging branch to climb and joined Pip on the roof.

"I wouldn't say no and I would say thank you."

Pip pushed a package (http://www.battenfeldtechnologies.com/186740.html) towards him. "Just don't ask where it came from. The answer is not legal."

"I would never ask that sort of question." Walter said before he opened the package and the case inside and nodded in approval. "Thank you. I'll make good use of it."

"You're welcome," Pip said as he lit a cigarette and pulled out an envelope (http://nadiathesaint.livejournal.com/64165.html). "Happy Birthday."

"Thank you." Walter took the envelope and read the clue inside. The life savers made the next stop unmistakable.

"If you'll excuse me. I have to get down to the beach."

"Have fuuuun," Pip said.

"I wiiiiill." And he was gone.

"...Who's there?"

"... A nobel squirrel."

"Hi Pippi," Pip said. "How's life?"

Pippi walks into the light with a flashlight and a basket that appears to have the makings of s'mores in it.

"Life is good. You?"

" 'salright," Pip responded.

Pippi held up the basket.

"Funny running into you out here, I was just thinking it would be nice to have a campfire and some s'mores."

"Yeah, if I didn't know better, I'd say that you knew I was going to be here as part of some pre-arranged plan," Pip said, sliding down the roof to the edge. "Catch my guitar."

Pippi held her hands up for the guitar.

"Funny that huh?"

"Crazy," Pip said as he tossed it down to her and then leapt down to the ground. "Insane even."

"What tremendously wonderful luck. I just happen to have enough delightful snacks for two."

"Amazing," Pip said. "Will this require a fire?"

"There's nowhere to really plug in a microwave..."

Pip nodded. "Well, I have my lighter, let's head over to the firepit."
