4th Floor Common Room -- late morning

Dean was up not early but at least it was still morning by the clock. Barely. For whole minutes yet. So he felt totally justified in making breakfasty type foods like bacon and eggs and hotcakes and calling it brunch.

He may have been humming under his breath as he cooked because all in all, things were going pretty well. He didn't want to use the phrase 'disgustingly happy' but it probably wouldn't be inappropriate.

[ooc: open with food]

"Morning." Broots managed. "Cooking?"

"Thanks." Broots grabbed a plate and some food. "Um...I think I've seen you around."

*headdesk* "It's early." Broots explained and grabbed his coffee. "And a weekend. Thinking is hard."

"What have you been up to?"

[identity profile] dorky-broots.livejournal.com 2006-09-10 07:34 pm (UTC)(link)
"Cool. Which classes are you in?"

[identity profile] dorky-broots.livejournal.com 2006-09-10 09:18 pm (UTC)(link)
"Er...um...Spanish, World History, US Government, Myth in History, and Applied Science. I also have plans to bother the computer teacher."

"Well, I'm not in her class and she probably knows a lot about hack-computer stuff so yeah."

[identity profile] dorky-broots.livejournal.com 2006-09-10 10:30 pm (UTC)(link)
Broots flushed red. "Er yeah we had a unit on hacking during the summer."

Broots grinned. "I'm not actually allowed to be in a computer class. But...yeah."

Broots smirked. "The government's main computers."
