4th Floor Common Room -- late morning

Dean was up not early but at least it was still morning by the clock. Barely. For whole minutes yet. So he felt totally justified in making breakfasty type foods like bacon and eggs and hotcakes and calling it brunch.

He may have been humming under his breath as he cooked because all in all, things were going pretty well. He didn't want to use the phrase 'disgustingly happy' but it probably wouldn't be inappropriate.

"Evie just told me about the internet," Agnes said, looking down at the keyboard and then back up to the screen and then away. "She said it had," here she turned pink, "pornography."

Broots did his best not to laugh, really. "Yeah, it does. And it has plenty of other thingss as well."

"What sorts of things?" Agnes sat down next to him now to intently watch what he was doing.

"Um...well...hmm." A few clicks and Broots was on Wikipedia. "Like why our world is round."

Agnes peered at the Wiki main page (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Main_Page) and blinked. "Why would you want an encyclopedia that just anyone can edit?"

"Because you get more information that way? And most people don't make stuff up."

Perdita snorted, but Agnes managed to keep it silent.

"Maybe things are different here," she said dubiously while she read the page. "But I suppose if you get enough people talking about something, you can start sifting out the truth, or at least the truth most people believe."
