Student Council Elections [all day]

Josh dropped the ballot box onto a table he'd covered in bunting and dragged to the middle of a busy hallway near his classroom.

There was coffee, doughnuts, and cheesy "I Voted" stickers for all participants.

Don't cheat. He does this for a living and he'll totally catch you.

[OOC: Open for mingling, eating food and general chatting. Josh'll be in and out--he's also teaching two classes today :)]

Nadia cast her vote, grabbed a donut, and stuck an "I Voted" sticker to the middle of her forehead.

"Well, it's not like student governments ever actually do anything," she muttered aloud around a mouthful of donut.

Yeah, she was definitely in a debate-y mood.

"I did my time in Ulcer Land. Senior stuff plus managing a rock band means something had to go, and I decided StuCo was it. Alanna and Liz know I'll help if they need it, though." She grinned. "Plus, I'm having more fun making posters for other people."

Parker grinned wickedly. "They're already candidates? Okay, I talked one of them into running--" She pointed to Willow's sign. "But he got a running partner out of it all summer. Weiss just deserves more posters for being a cool guy."

"Pretty much. If we'd had more time, I'm sure I could have thought of other things." She took a sip of coffee, looking amused. "It's probably better that we didn't, though. Still, I hope English wins, as well as Isabel and Peter Parker. They did a great job last year. Although Weiss would be good at it if he won too, I think. How was you summer in-- Detroit?" Parker said it like she was talking about the black hole of Calcutta.
