Fourth Floor Common Room; Lunchtime.
After War Theory, Setsuna headed up to the common room and set to the task of baking a massive batch of brownies. No, it wasn't her lunch. She wasn't actually all that hungry; they were to serve a different purpose. But, knowing that other people might not have so many reservations about such a lunch, she made lots extra to share with anyone who dropped in while she set aside and prepared a few special not that kind ones, which meant sprinkles and frosting and an attempt to arrange them aestheticly on a plate before inadvertantly ruining the set up when she put plastic wrap over the plate.
She'd also leave the extras out with a note telling everyone to help themselves if no one showed up by the time she headed out of there to deliver the special ones.
[[s'open, though I may sporaticly disappear, reappear, disappear again]]

And then paused, looking at them expectantly. "Take some, try them. Let me know if they're even edible."

Kaoru waved a hand lightly, "I'm not feeling up to any right now, thanks."

He could NOT afford to draw attention to himself today, especially in front of Hikaru. He'd been playing it normal so far, keeping all his stress inside so that it had started to manifest itself in his stomach. He didn't get why it was making him so nervous, but it was not the time to be asking questions.
Hikaru finishes the brownie and glances at Kaoru, studying his face for a moment. "So, did you make these from scratch?"

"And I did," she said, answer the other one with a nod. "All by myself, too. I assure you, it's quite an accomplishment."

Setsuna paused a moment, her expression suddenly turning a bit serious; her gaze dropped to the plate she had prepared, and, idly, as if looking for something to distract her, she started fidgeting with the edge of the plastic wrap. "So, um...Hikaru...about the payment on the phone..." She kept her head down, but slid her gaze their way.

She offered him a modest smile, shook her head. "I can't accept that. It's not like I can't afford it or anything."
