Under a tree at the edge of the lawn in front of the Dorms - Sat Afternoon
After hunting around for Walter with Pup, some how, they managed to miss the roof, Pippi had to go to Gun Club.
Rather then skipping Gun Club or making the mistake of bringing a Hellpuppy into the range, she brings him out to the front lawn to frolic with Old Man and Mr. Neilson.
Mr. Neilson, being a monkey, has climbed a tree. He breaks off a stick and waves it at Pup from his perch on the branch .
The stick is thrown as far as it can be, which isn't far because Mr. Neilson throws like a girl.
[[ooc: Mostly for a certain demon hound, but open.

A squirrel distracted him from chasing the stick for a moment to race after it and bark at the base of the tree it retreated to.
After several minutes of fruitless barking, Pup trotted back over to get the stick and shoved it into the loose dirt at the base of the tree as a mute promise to the squirrel.
Then he ran back over to Mr. Neilson's tree and yapped up at his playmate.

He breaks off another stick and chucks it.

He hopped up onto his feet and trotted back to the squirrel's tree, planting this stick in the dirt under it as well.

Mr. Neilson found a really good stick, he pulled it off the branch and hurled with all his might.
It landed in Old Man's mane and stuck there.
Stupid monkey.

Stick! Stick!
Stick was out of his reach, even when he jumped up again and again.

Pup really needed to chill.
The stick would either fall out of his mane or the monkey would throw another.
No reason to get all worked up about it.
Old Man decided to nibble on a patch of clover in the grass, this brought the stick within Pup's reach.

He planted the third stick under the squirrel's tree and returned to Mr. Neilson.

But he's probably making a mountain out of his mashed potatoes.
This time, he jumps to a branch on the other side of the tree and drops the stick.
Can Pup catch it before it hits the ground?

What he lacks in speed, he makes up for in enthusiasm, tumbling head over haunches with the stick in his mouth.
He drops the stick to the ground again and barks at it furiously for a moment before picking it up again to go join the others.

He has nothing to say. Obviously, the previous stick had done something to offend Pup that he felt the need to give it a tongue lashing.

Muffled Yap!
Trot, trot, trot, trot, trot, plant.

This was fun.

Still? Better then being licked to death.

But he can't, so he isn't.
But he's creating quite a little array of sticks.
no subject
He snaps of a few more sticks and jumps down onto Old Man's back.
no subject
He left the cup impaled on the stick and ran off in search of something new to punish.

Mr. Neilson lounges on the horses back and watches Pup like Pippi told him to.
