The Gym, Early Tuesday Morning.

Of course, she knew she'd be practising again later for fencing club, but she never could view two sessions of practise as a bad thing. Besides, she'd done some thinking. It had taken a distraction from John to land a hit on Ranma. Of course, she knew that this was nothing to be ashamed about; Ranma, for all she disagreed with his tactics, was really freakin' good at dodging hits. But that didn't mean she couldn't try to be better at making them.

She went to the gym as opposed to the salle, as she was intending to hit not to kill, so all she needed was a practise sword. She set to the task quickly, dancing around with the sword and imagining an invisible, dodging, braided advisary.

John was excited about his kukri making, and wanted to get some practice in. He brought with him the unsharpened blank, and one made out of hardwood that was about the same shape and weight for more training.
