The gym, after CV2

Nadia didn't feel up to going and finding her friends and their parents just yet. She was still feeling weird after her argument with Pippi the night before, and the fact that she knew she wouldn't have anyone there for her just made her less than enthusiastic about the whole Parents' Weekend thing.

So she headed to the gym and grabbed a quarter-staff, and was currently moving very slowly through several defensive moves, taking care to remain as calm and focused on exactly how she was moving as she could.

Cally had been really lax about the whole getting into shape thing, so she had headed down to the gym as well, even if she'd just had Energy and Fitness that morning.

"Hey Nadia," Cally said, before starting her warm up stretches.

"You can usually find a stick just about anywhere. So if you practice fighting with a stick or a staff, you know you'll be able to use the stick you pick up somewhere else to thebest of your advantage."
