Dorm Lobby - Just before sunset

Marie was waiting in the lobby for Willow and Peter to meet her so they could go trick-or-treating through town. She was mildly disappointed that Jamie had to work and couldn't join them, but she'd gladly recruit anyone who happened to be wandering through to join them.

[ETA: I'm heading home from work. Feel free to advance your characters to the town trick-or-treat post at your own speed :) If you want to handwave that your character ran into Marie and she convinced them to go, that's fine with me!]

Marie grinned. "Hey! It's been a few years since I've actually gone trick-or-treating. I'm excited."

"Free candy is hardly ever of the bad," Willow said. "How'd you make out with the Fantastic Gourd?"

"I got a bracelet," Marie said. "Nothing fancy, it's kind of kitschy and cute. You?"

"Pez that looks like Faithful," Willow said. "I had no idea he was so famous."

Peter showed up, dressed as a cowboy once again. "Good evening, ladies," he said in a very bad accent. He tipped his hat to both.

Marie tilted her head. "Does it talk and say rude things?"

"Just spits candy out of its neck," Willow said.

"Cowboy," Willow said with a shy smile.

"Aren't you supposed to say 'Howdy' and call us 'doll' or something?" Marie asked.

"Sounds like fun," Marie said. "I had a really good time last night. Did you guys?"

Joxer wandered into the lobby, looking for evil to defeat. He moved with catlike reflexes.

Especially when he tripped and almost landed on his face.

Zuko had managed to ignore the Halloween thing well so far. He did frown as he entered the lobby, noticing the people in costume.

Willow nodded. "There was snuggling and important conversation having. All plusses in my book."

"Milady knight," Peter replied, bowing before he could stop himself.

"Good important conversations?" Marie asked.

"Ah'm still larning me the lingo," Peter replied with a grin.

"Zuko!" Marie grinned. "How are you feeling? We're going trick-or-treating, you should come with us!"

"I like your hat," Willow said, as though she'd never seen it before.

"Good important conversations," Willow said. "Conversations which, well, put versions of your costume in my tummy, but good all the same."

Peter tipped his hat to Zuko. "Doing better?" he asked. Not in the accent.

Marie giggled. "So I'm guessing you've never done this before?"

"I'm fine," Joxer said, regaining his balance. He pointed at Marie. "You're dressed funny."
