Second Floor Common Room, Monday Evening

Stark was feeling social tonight, so he'd made a handwavey run to J,GOB and picked up a very large assortment of cookies and brought them to the common room. He'd briefly toyed with the idea of two plates, one labeled "My Cookies" and the other "Your Cookies," but ended up putting them all on one large plate on the table by the couch.

He was now seated on a couch, happily nibbling on cookies and looking for something on TV to keep him entertained.

Kawalsky grinned. "Just what I wanted to hear." He retrieved a cookie and took a seat. "Don't usually see you out and around. Early New Year's resolution to get out more or just a random urge to watch TV?"

"Trying to get out more," Stark answered. "And I wanted cookies. So I got a lot. To share."

"Sharing cookies is the first step towards becoming Mr Popular. Especially around here. Cookies, then bagels or danishes, pie's the big one, cheesecake's pretty good too."

"I will have to remember that," Stark said. "Pie next time. If I remember."

"Cookies are still good, man. I'm not dissing your cookies." He grabbed another one.

"No. I know. Just saying, I'll try pie next time. For something different."

"Pie's good. Apricot pie's my favorite. Apple's pretty good. Cherry too. Oh, and chocolate. Can't go past chocolate."

"Chocolate is always a good thing. Always. Never had apricot though."

"It's different, but good. My grandma used to make it with the laced pastry on top. Really good when it's hot."

"I'll have to try it," Stark said. "Sometime."

"Cookies first."

"Yes. Cookies first. Cookies now." Stark nodded and reached for another cookie.

"Cookies, TV and good company. Can't beat that."

Stark looked around the room and nodded once. "It's a good way to spend the evening," he agreed.
