Cheerleading practice, gym, afternoon

Buffy was standing on the mats, cd player beside her. Her left arm was looking a little awkward, but she was beaming. "Hi! I wasn't sure how many were still injured after the trolls, so I haven't planned for any lifting or such today. Instead I thought we'd try krumping to Last Christmas!"

Judging from Buffy's enthusiasm, this was the best idea ever. She then proceeded to demonstrate in an enthusiastic, but not entirely proficient manner. "Now you try it!"


ooc: I'm posting it rilly rilly early so I don't forget again, but remember that Slow Play rules Cheer practice, ok? So sign in whenever! And krumping is totally a part of Cheerleading. Bring it On 3 taught me that. *nods*

Molly sat down on the mats to stretch out before practice.

D'anna began stretching out on a mat nearby. "I draw the line at singing."

Molly laughed.

"Yeah! We're cheerleaders, not a dance line," she said with mock seriousness. "We'll yell our heads off, but no way we're singing."

"Exactly." D giggled and grinned. "We'll flash our bloomers at ya, but we're not about to show off our pipes!"

Molly laughed more.

"So how did you fare this weekend? Get any good hits in on the trolls?"

"No actually, I didn't see even one. I was working on a project for Media. Not exactly impressive." D blushed sheepishly. "How about you?"

Molly sighed and rolled her eyes at herself. "Got knocked out again, just like when the snow monsters attacked. Spent most of the weekend as a hostage, apparently, and didn't wake up until I was in Ray's room on Sunday night."

"Waking up with the boyfriend doesn't seem too bad." D teased. "You alright, then?"

Molly grinned and blushed just a little because even though nothing had happened, she certainly thought about it.

"Yep, I'm totally fine. Not even a bump on my head. I was just annoyed that I'd missed all the fighting."

"Most people wouldn't..." D stopped herself and considered her location and classmates. "No, never mind. We go to school some unusual people. Anyway, I'm glad you're alright."
