Second Floor Common Room, Saturday Evening

The TV was playing the DVD of last year's pageant. The handwavey posters had advertised this event, and there was lots of free popcorn for everyone.

Hopefully, Mr. Bristow would be pleased, and not kill Cally.

Cally herself was sitting at a small table, which had a bunch of bottles on it. There was a little sign saying "Viper Juice, $5.00 per Bottle".

Maybe it'd work.

In the interest of not wanting her girlfriend killed by Bristow, Mac's here and ready to watch the total humilation.

She eyed the bottles and the sign and made her way over to Cally, "I see you're working the entrepreneurial angle with this."

"Yep," Cally said with a grin. "Hopefully earn enough to buy gifts for folks."

"An infinitely better idea than drinking it all yourself," Mac said, and grinned back at her. "How much've you sold so far?"

Needing some air, Bel finally left his room after the phone call with Veronica. He passed through the second floor common room on his way out. "What the hell is that?" he said.

"What the hell is what?" Cally asked.

Bel pointed to the TV. "That. What the hell are you and Anders dressed up as?"

Setsuna had said she'd be here to see the true unfolding of the events Cally had just given her a glimpse of, so she was there, grabbing some popcorn and wondering if curling in the corner of the second floor couch would be as nice as the fourth floor one. This couch didn't have her Setsuna-curling-niche.

Cally waved at Setsuna with a smile. "Glad you could make it."

Both Setsuna's wave and smile in return were small and contained. "Hey, no problem. I didn't really have much else to do, and, well...you've sparked my curiousity quite effectively, Cally."

Teddy helped make those handwavey posters, there was no way he was going to miss this. He even brought popcorn.

"Can't let evil ex-principals kill you." Teddy looked around the room nervously. "Plus you kinda got me paranoid that he'd come after me if I didn't show up."
