The twins hadn't tried their hand at real cooking since the last time they'd tried to make cupcakes-which were only half successful. This time, however, they were attempting something much easier and much more fool-proof: the cut and bake kind.
Tea was sitting on the stove, ready to be capped away into a thermos to be brought with the slightly-deformed cookies.
