Henry decided to make breakfast. This was, undoubtedly, the first time he'd ever attempted such a task. But he figured that it couldn't be too hard. He'd watched his cook cooking before, so he felt very positive about the whole thing.
After figuring out how to work the stove, Henry set about the task of making scrambled eggs.

"I'm Nova," he said. Nova was quite social today.

This was a pretty fun game.

"I'm from Sweden." she said. "I'm a pirate."

Nova didn't know of any place called Sweden. He hadn't been to many places other than Karakura and Seireitei. He wasn't sure if he had ever met a pirate either. "Pirate…" What was a pirate anyway?

"Yup." Pippi nodded, smiling pleasently.

Nova assumed pirates were red-headed girls from Sweden. It was the only logical explanation. So now he knew he had met his first pirate. He stared at Pippi for a while, wondering if pirates had special powers.

"How about you?"

"Karakura, Japan," he said,"I'm a mod-soul." Nova wasn't sure how a mod-soul compared to a pirate. Are pirates made in labs too? He really needed to learn more about them.

"Oh, Japan is nice... But I don't know what a mod-soul is."

That was understandable since there were so few left. Nova decided to say what he said last time, perhaps it would go better with a pirate. "Modified souls were created for combat. They can possess any vacant body they are placed in." Explaining things was a pain, but he would try to get over it.

Pippi doesn't like the idea of possession, but he did say 'vacant body' so... She gave him the benefit of the doubt.

It was a difficult topic to explain, especially when it came to his gigai. He thought it was best not to go into how he could also possess the turtle plushy he kept in his jacket. Anyway, he had to learn more about pirates.
"Are pirates made?" he asked.
Nova was being bold today.

"Not in the way that mod-souls are I would guess." Pippi mused. "My Grandfather says that great pirates are born rather then made... But most of the best pirates were something else before they were pirates..."
