3rd Floor Common Room - all afternoon

Parker and Isabel had been ranging the hallways, trying to find a way to communicate; but even mouthing words wasn't very effective.

Throwing herself onto the Third Floor Common Room couch, Parker glared at the ceiling, trying to think of a solution for their dilemma.

Chris was still a little grumpy over the weekend and he wandered into the common room for distraction.

"Hey, Parker," he said, slumping into a chair and picking up the television remote.

Parker waved, then made a screamy face at him. That kid from Babysitting Yourself would have been impressed by this face.

Isabel perked up, recognizing him from Hunting. A Halliwell! She might have waved a little frantically.

Parker nodded vehemently, but when she tried to explain, her mouth wouldn't even form the words.

She was *so* killing Bel for this.

Tori walked into the common room after class, attempting to soothe her semi-aching muscles by continually moving.

Parker threw a pillow across Tori's path, then waved urgently, jumping up and down, and mouthing something silently.

There was facepalming. Isabel attempted to spell out her name in the air. But wound up just randomly waving her hand around. Great, she thought. Hi, nice to meet you. Yes, I appear to be insane.

Violently shaking head, and throat-slitting gestures. Parker tried to think how the hell she'd pantomime magic, and made little poof! motions with her hands.

Tori jumped startled by the pillow and noticed Parker, acting somewhat oddly. She raised an eyebrow, unable to understand what Parker was mouthing to her.

"Parker, what's wrong?" She frowned, moving to her.

Coming back from Ethics, Neil waved to Parker and Isabel.

"Good afternoon ladies." He said with a smile.

Parker pointed to her throat, then inside her mouth, and gave Tori a pleading look. She tried to mouth Help! but that didn't even work. Unless Tori spoke burble.

Having had fun on the 5th floor, Ami was investigating all the other common rooms. She noticed Isabel and a girl she had never met and waved. "Hi Isabel!"

"Did you lose your voice?" Tori figured that's what happened, seeing as she wasn't talking. She couldn't make out what Parker was trying to say.

Damnit, if Weiss were here, he's recognize that bunny-out-of-the-hat gesture.

The frantic head shaking should clearly say NO! Less clear would be the elaborate hand motions attempting to explain what happened.

"I'm sorry, I don't know what you're trying to show me." Tori definitely did not recognize the gesture. Too bad the boys weren't here; she was sure Hunter or Cam would've understood what she was trying to say.
