The dorm hallways - Tuesday afternoon

Annette was rollerblading through the hallways of the dorm. She was in a pretty good mood and was just rolling along, singing to her ipod. Of course, her singing was kind of loud, and it could kind of make you cringe if you listened for more than a half-second. 

In her hands she carried a medium-sized basket full of yummy Valentine candies. She was handing them out to whomever passed. If you're lucky, you might get one. Except Parker. Parker might still want to do some sort of bodily damage to Annette. If Annette saw Parker, she just might have to offer her the whole damn basket.

So wheeeee! Yay for candy!

"Oh thanks!" Isabel smiled. "And sorry for Parker and I and the flailing last week. We were a bit stressed."

Okay, much relief! Annette gave Isabel a winning smile. "No problem at all. I understand completely - I also learned I'm not a bit of good at charades."

"Well you'll have to practice," she replied. "Because all that flailing finally did give me an idea for game night. So I'm going to have to get that organized. I'm Isabel by the way!"

She was squeeing, really! "Isabel, I'm Annette, and you will invite me for this game night won't you? I promise, I really can play charades! All that throat slicing and lunging just caught me by surprise that evening."

"Nice to actually formally meet you Annette," Isabel laughed. "And Game Night is for everyone. So you're more then welcome. I think I can safely promise that things will be a little less violent then."

"It is my pleasure, Isabel, truly!" Annette giggled because hey! Nobody hated her! "And I hope Game Night is soon?"

"We're going to try for this Saturday," she nodded. "I have to check with the StuCo adviser and get some posters up and an ooc post for sign-ups. But I don't really forsee a problem."

"Oh, how fun. Is this something that is done often? And is there usually a big turn out?" Annette loved games. and mun is sluggish due to House being on!

"It is a lot of fun." Isabel looked a bit sheepish, "Well, we really haven't done any this year at all. But last year we did a RISK and a Monopoly night and I know everyone had fun then. So we're hoping this will be as successful."

"I'm sure it will be. Maybe we could actually do a charades game? Live action and all that. Oh oh, maybe Clue!" She beamed.

"It'll be charades we've even worked out a way to RP it. I think it'll be a hoot. But if I'm going to have fun on Saturday, it means getting work done tonight," she said ruefully. "So I'd better head back to my room to bed soonish. Thanks for the chocolate!"

"Well, it was nice to finally meet you, Isabel, and I look forward to getting to play on Game Night. And you are very welcome! Enjoy it!" She put her earplug back in and rolled away, singing once again.
