"And I completely forgot I had this for you and I don't know if I'm supposed to just hold it over for another time, but it was supposed to be a Christmas gift." Alec paused in talking, grimacing slightly. "I hope that doesn't mean it's ruined or anything, being that late. Anyway, here."
