Third Floor Common Room - Sunday Morning

Aly had woken up very, very hungry.  And she didn't want to wake up Mommy.  That would be bad. 

So instead she was very, very sneaky - she was going to be a spy after all and Daddy said she could be pretty too! - and crept out of the room until she found one of the big rooms with food in there.   She was awfully disappointed not to see Bridge making 'paghetti this time or Auntie Parkie with food though.

But there was food in the cupboards.  She knew it.  And that was why there was a weetiny blond girl carefully scaling the counter to get to the top cupboards where she just knew the good food was kept.

"NUH-UH!" Wade replied, dodging the plate. He picked it up and threw it back, making sure not to aim for her head. She was a girl after all. "You're just mad 'cause Allison is cooler than you!"

"She is not cooler than me! She's jus' bigger!" Aly threw another plate.

"She's sheriff!" Wade replied. "An' that's way better than some stupid baby!"

"'M a SPY!" Aly yelled. "And my mommy's a KNIGHT."

"An' I'm a teacher! An' a mercen- merceni- I kill people! Me an' the sheriff are AWESOME."

"It's not true if only you say it," Aly said, stomping her foot again.

"Ask the troopers! They think we're awesome!"

"Yeah? Well, Aeryn thinks 'm awesome! An' she's a better sol'ier than you two EVER will be!"

Wade stomped his foot. "TAKE THAT BACK! NO STUPID GIRL IS BETTER THAN ME!"

"I DON'T DO WHAT YOU TELL ME TO, STUPID ALLISON'S STUPID BOYFRIEND!" Aly shouted.

Wade ran at her, threatening Aly with a plate. "TAKE IT BACK NOW!"

"STUPID BOYFRIEND! STUPID BOYFRIEND!" Aly said, safe on her countertop and whipping another plate at Wade.

He brought the plate down to smack Aly's feet. "SHUT UP! YOU'RE A STUPID GIRL! YOU DON'T KNOW ANYTHING!"

"OW!" Aly screeched and she tried to kick him in the shoulder. "I KNOW MORE THAN YOU DO CAUSE GIRLS ARE SMARTER THAN SMELLY BOYS!"

Wade stepped back and rubbed his shoulder, throwing the plate at Aly as hard as he could. "YOU'RE JUST A BABY!"

"NOT A BABY! 'M FIVE!" She said, getting hit by the plate and squealing with pain.

"BABY BABY BABY!" Wade chanted.

"ALLISON'S BOYFRIEND! ALLISON'S BOYFRIEND!" she responded in kind.

Wade retreated to the other side of the room... hoping for reinforcements.

Aly threw a few plates at him to encourage him to stay over there.
