The Hallway - just outside rooom 508 - Sun. afternoon

Annette stood staring down at the mess she created. Between her bed and just outside her open door and into the hallway, the floor was littered with clothes, left over valentine candy, odds and ends of this that and the other that she didn't want anymore. Currently? She was trying to make some sort of order of the chaos she created by shoving stuff into a few boxes she'd found.

Just outside her room, she placed her hands on her hips and frowned down at everything. She had too much stuff. Stuff was everywhere. She just needed to get rid of all of it but was not sure exactly how to do it. And she was tired of looking at it all.

She kicked a shoe down the hallway. She'd lost the one that went with it during Spy Tech when she'd almost blown herself up. Okay, she might have almost blown Jake up too. "Stupid shoe." Then she kicked an empty box just cause it felt good to kick something. "Stupid box." Falling to the floor  in the hall, she rolled over on a pile of clothes and turned on her ipod shoving the earplugs in her ears. Pulling the little rubber ball from her front jeans pocket, she began tossing it in the air above her, seeing how high she could get it to the ceiling.

(ooc: open for whatever!)

The blond's wings fluttered happily at the offer to play, and despite the fact that they had a mission they were supposed to be fulfilling, he turned to share a questioning look with Jimmy. The dark-haired boy seemed to agree, and carefully set aside the brightly wrapped package he was clutching to his chest.

"Kaykay," Azzy agreed, smiling at Annette. "Pay ball wif 'ou!"

Well, they understood the instructions to go to either end of the hall, at any rate, although neither went very far, and they were both careful to check and make sure that they could see one another at all times.

"Kaykay!" Azzy announced, as the two boys bounced a bit in place. "Pay now, Nette!"

Azzy had never played catch before. He wasn't sure exactly how to go about getting the ball to Annette, especially such a long way as five whole feet. So after a moment of debate, he carefully set the ball on the ground and kicked at it.

The ball managed to make it most of the way to Annette, although taking a rather wobbly course. When the little angel realized his attempt hadn't gotten quite there, however, and that Annette would have to move from her spot to retrieve it, he ran forward and picked up the ball, then hurried over to Annette and plopped it into her hands, before running back to his position.

Jimmy seemed to be more used to this sort of play, and although he didn't manage to catch the ball, he came pretty close. Chasing it down as it bounced away, he grinned as he tossed it back at Annette, copying the underhand way she'd thrown.

"Azzy, wook!" he crowed, pleased with his accomplishment.

The wee angel's wings fluttered as he clapped happily in response. "Yay Immy!"

This time the wee angel managed to catch the ball, and he squealed with glee, wings fluttering, as he clutched it against his chest.

"I got it! Immy, Nette, I got it!" he crowed. Then he held his hands out in front, like he'd seen Annette do, and sent the ball back in her direction.

With a huge grin, Azzy ran forward and took the ball, then threw his arms around Annette's neck and kissed her cheek. Little Jimmy did the same, squeezing her tightly and giggling.

"Ball for Azzy an Immy!" the wee angel cried happily. "Ankoo, Nette!"
