Dick (in a school girl's uniform) was sitting in a chair by a cardboard box, looking at herself in a hand-held mirror. Blair was sitting next to her, looking bouncy as usual. Only with more bounce because of the new female assets.

Blair was dressed in a baggy flannel shirt and jeans and had more notebooks than usual. He looked up from his notebooks every once in a while to stare at Dick.

"Seriously, that's a lot of mirror time, man."

"Dude, have you gotten a good look at me?!" said Dick, putting the mirror down. "I'm hotter than my ex-girlfriend!"

Blair tilted his head and nodded. "You are pretty hot."

There was a pause as he looked down. "What about me?"

"Once you get some girl clothes on you'll be hot." Dick said, looking Blair over. "You've got the girl next door look about you."

Blair bounced over as best he could carrying a box of clothes. "Hey, ladies!" To Dick he said with a sly wink, "That girl you borrowed the uniform from? She was cleaning out her closet and wanted to help donate to the cause. Hope they help!"

Blair nodded, a little pouty. "Girl next door's not that bad. I would date the girl next door."

Blair narrowed her eyes at the sight of a very familiar Save the Whales t-shirt. He bounced at the new girl.

"Well be sure to tell that girl that I said thank you." she said, grinning. She looked over from Blair back to "Blair" and laughed.

"Me too." said Dick, nodding. "I've never dated one. Those girls are usually afraid of me."

"Why would they be afraid of you?" Blair asked.

Being psychic was a distinct advantage when recognising people in opposite-gendered bodies. River found most of the reactions she picked up from the victims' minds highly amusing, but seeing a girl who was very obviously Blair was... odd.

She waved and smiled nervously.

Blair grinned and waved, "I have all kinds of stuff in here. Jeans, shirts, socks, undies, bras...nighties...whatever anybody needs!" Yay!

"That's really nice of you." Blair said warily.

"Have we met?"

"If I see her again, she's kind of elusive for some reason. Weird." Blair shrugged and bounced and twirled a lock of his hair around his finger. "So no punch or anything?"

"River!" Blair dropped her notebook and bounced over to give River a hug. "Look at me! I'm a girl!"

"Thanks!" Blair gave her a winning smile.

"I don't think so. I'm Blair."

"My totally-not-true reputation preceded me at my old school." said Dick innocently. The skirt and knee socks really helped with the innocent look. "So those girls wanted to stay away from me."

River returned the hug a little awkwardly. "Still have curly hair," she commented. "Want it braided?"

"Really?" Blair held out his hand for a shake. "It's nice to meet you, Blair."

"I'm...B-Betty."

Dick slapped a hand to her forehead. "I knew I forgot something! Ah, well. Maybe someone will donate some."

"Jim wouldn't braid it for me this morning." Blair shook her hair a little. "That'd be nice if you want to do that."

Blair beamed and reached for her hand, giving it a gentle shake.

"Betty! It's nice to meet you! I don't think I've seen you around before." Annette didn't take the time to consider that this Betty was most likely a man-girl and a student and that she might actually know her.

Blair shrugged his shoulders. "Some guys just don't think of this stuff. And since you're a girl today, all's forgiven." Blair grinned and winked at the pretty blonde Dick. "Want me to round some up for ya?"

"You seem to bounce a lot. Did you know that?" Blair asked, watching the bounce. "I'm a transfer student. From Canada. I'm Canadian....eh."

"That's too bad, man." Blair said. "At least here you can start out with a clean slate. The girl-next-door types have no reason to be afraid of you."
