3rd Floor Common Room, Late Sunday Night

Alec had been hiding out most of Sunday, given that he wasn't entirely sure what the backlash was going to be like, but he didn't have a TV in his room and he'd finished unravelling the ball of yarnclothes quite a bit earlier.

So, sneaking out to the CR, he flipped on the TV and lowered the volume to the lowest he could and still hear it. To anyone else it probably sounded like a murmur, so hopefully he wouldn't wake anyone up.

After careful consideration of Sam email, Jo had been making preparations for just this situation.

She sneaked into the common room, carrying a full water balloon.

Alec heard someone entering the room, considering how low he had the volume and how on edge he was, but he just sank lower in his seat on the couch.

Alec's eyes narrowed as he turned his attention from the TV to listening to whomever was approaching. They seemed to be trying to sneak up on him. That... was interesting.

Okay, that was just annoying. Alec waited until they were closer, then turned and popped up over the back of the couch. "Looking for someone?"

With a cry that totally didn't sound like a squeaked 'Christo!', Jo struck, flinging the water balloon at Alec's head.

Alec got a face full of water balloon, which burst on impact and soaked him liberally. Sputtering, he wiped water from his eyes and fixed Jo with a dark glare. "What the hell, man?"

Blinking and wet, it took Alec a moment to catch up with that line of thought. "...You thought I was a demon?"

"Given Sam's Chicken Little act I thought it wouldn't hurt to make sure." Jo was only nonchalant because she was trying very hard to avoid noticing the fact that Alec looked very good wet.

Flipping wet hair out of his eyes, Alec snorted. "I guess. But no," he said, shrugging. "I did what the files say I did. Doesn't make me evil."
