Annette spent her remaining afternoon decorating the common room. Balloons and streamers of various colors were strewn and placed at various vantage points. A table was set up for his cake that she had ordered from J, GOB, along with plates, forks, and napkins and other party snacks. Party favors were placed here and there, and she had set up her stereo, a stack of cd's ~~of anything you want to listen to~~ sitting to the side.

A smaller card table was set up near the door for the door prizes. She had no idea what was in the little bags ~~so don't be blaming her!omg!~~ she had ordered online. They came pre-wrapped and ready to go. She was sure they would be a hit though.

Also was a table set up for his gifts. Along with that, she rearranged the furniture a little to allow for a smallish dance area in case anyone was so inclined. And yes, there was glitter galore in case anyone decided to go shirtless. It was completely allowed.

All she did now was leave a message for Dick, and tell him she was waiting for him. She pushed play on her cd player and Postal Service (the cd Chad picked out for her) started playing. And hopefully soon, others would start to arrive.

Rest, relax, talk quietly or what the heck ever.

Willow grabbed some nibblies and a seat and made herself comfy.

Annette plopped down in a chair near to Willow, and she kicked her feet up, "Hiya!"

"Hey!" Willow said. "The party looks great. You did a good job."

"Thanks, Willow." she said, looking around. "Dick seems to really like what I've done. Thank you for coming."

"I'm glad I was able to make it," Willow said. "It meant so much that you guys were there for my birthday party."

"Birthdays are great for things like this." she nodded. "Not too tired from last night are you?" Annette might feel a little tired, but not enough to curl up and go to sleep. She was sure of it.

"I'm used to staying up late on Saturdays for radio, so it's not too bad." Willow grinned. "Think anybody fell for my report on our activities?"

Annette leaned her head back against the cushion, smiling over at her, "I always love your radio, Willow, and I sure hope they did." She said cheekily. "...best slumber party ever."

"We should do that all the time," Willow said with a grin. "Make the boys think that all we do is have pillow fights and tickle each other."

"Oh my gosh, they would sneak into every slumber party we had then. Pillow fight and without our nighties? Girlkissy as well? Every slumber party here on out will turn co-ed for sure."

"Heck, they'd probably try to crash our meetings too," Willow said.

"And every other single event us girls got together for." She shrugged, chuckling, "Course if they came bearing goodies, like shirtlessness and whatnot, be kind of hard to turn them away."

"If they cme bearing goodies I'd say the plan has a double benefit," Willow replied.

"Indeed. Goodies are always an added benefit to any occassion. I wonder if they realize that?"

"They're boys," Willow said. "It's highly doubtful."

Annette laughed, "Right. What was I thinking? Might have to put up posters next time." she said with a sly grin.

"Use lots of pictures," Willow said. "Don't count on them being able to read."

She clapped her hands together and busted out laughing, "Maybe with arrows indicating what goes where and this is how we do this, boys!"

"There could be slideshows too!" Willow said.

"Ooh! Ooh! Maybe a whole big shin-dig with video presentation and commentary!"

"And at the end? They have to show us boykissy."

"With glitter. And we could supply the girls with binoculars so we all could make sure they were doing it right." She nodded emphatically. "I haven't seen it yet, you know. This boykissy stuff."

"All the more reason why we should encourage it," Willow said. "I'm sure Dick would be happy to help out."

Annette raised her brows at that, "I don't know. I'd have to think about that. Has Peter ever boykissy'ed?"
