The roof, Monday mid-afternoon and into late evening

It should come as no surprise to anybody that Nadia was spending the gorgeous Monday afternoon up on the roof with her guitar. Or that the music she was choosing to play wasn't exactly what most people would call cheery, despite the smile on Nadia's face as she played it.

"How long have you been like this?" Walter paid attention to her hands and felt his own fingers twitch in sympathy. He was perhaps uniquely qualified to know how they must feel, albeit for rather different reasons.

"We should get you some ice."
