4th floor common room, Late Sunday night

Blair stomped down the hall from his room, carrying Tributary and shaking popcorn from his hair. "I'm so sorry, Trib. She's just a very strange lady."

Tributary just shrugged sleepily and nodded. "Mommy said that you had a crush on her once. Said you must have a thing for girls who can beat you up."

"Shhhh." Blair said, lying on the couch and settling Tributary next to him. "Let's not talk about that where the radio squirrels can hear us."

[Follows this post, for a certain kidlet, but open like common rooms are]

Blue laughed and squeezed tight. "Only one Daddy!"

"Silly Daddy." Blue giggled. "Haf any tarts?"

"I'm Solis Calliope Bluebell Lovegood-Sandburg, Daddy." Blue paused to take a breath. "Blue's easier."

"Uh-huh. Not mean." Blue said before looking at Blair like he was out of his mind. "You have the same room."

Thankfully she was much too young to understand the other meanings of the word slept.

"Cinnamon, yay! I like cinnamon." Blue said as she took the pop-tart. "Huh-uh. Have you?"

"Offay." Which, if she hadn't had mouth full of pop-tart, would have sounded much more like 'okay'.

Blue was feeling a little tired but she pouted a little. "Do I hafta?"

"Story-time, yay!" Blue bounced. Then remembered the bit about laying down and did so. "Do you know any good stories, Daddy?"
