Fifth Floor Common Room, Monday Night

Phoebe was relaxing in the fifth floor common room. Amazingly, she was kidlet free for the moment. Pandora had gone with Anders and Artemis, and Samantha had gone off with Cole and his flock. So, she was alone.

Alone.

Time to herself.

And missing her girls.

Yeah, she was attached.

"Daycare," Bel said, his eyes half-closing.

"They can shimmer back out," Anders pointed out, leaning against Bel.

"We'll find a way," Bel said, lightly running his hand along Anders's thigh.

"I hope so." Anders shivered a little bit and nuzzled Bel's shoulder. "Last night was kinda frustrating."

Bel tilted his neck. "You're telling me," he said.

"Don't think I have to." Anders looked around, then sneaked a quick nuzzle at the side of Bel's neck. "You're pretty close to mauling me in front of the kids right now."

He said, as if he wasn't encouraging this endeavor.

"They need to learn where babies come from eventually," Bel said innocently.

"Oh, hell no," Anders said, smiling sweetly. "I am not helping you with the object lesson for that."

"So if I offer you a brownie," Bel began.

Anders let out a strangled yelp of laughter -- and pounced on Bel.

Bel tried to twist away and promptly fell off the couch.

Which caused Anders to lose his balance and fall on top of him.

Phoebe shook her head and tried not to snicker.

Yes... they so needed some privacy... they had unfinished business from before the kidlets had invaded.

Like Bel would let Anders be on top. He squirmed and rolled them over.

He also tried to grab Phoebe and pull her down with them.

Anders mock-sighed. "You are so predictable sometimes," he said.

Well, at least from here his hands could do a little wandering unnoticed.

Phoebe had opened her mouth to tell Cole no that one of them had to be the responsible parent of the three...

...and instead found herself on the floor with the two of them.

"I'm telling Mommy Prue," Patience announced.

And suddenly... Phoebe was feeling both guilt and sadness and tried to scramble back onto a couch or something.

Cole pouted and reached for Phoebe again.

What was going to win out? Guilt complex from the daughter of her sister...

...or the pout from her soulmate?

It was a powerful pout.

"Was here first," she said softly as she let Cole pull her back down on the floor with them.
