Alpha Beta Gremlin Meeting [First Floor Lobby], Tuesday 6PM

Summer and Marie were brainstorming ideas for an Alpha Beta Gremlin meeting that wouldn't bore small children. They were sure the kids wouldn't want to talk about preserving the nature trails.

Marie suggested arts and crafts of some kind. Summer suggested taking pictures of the kids. She had her digital camera and laptop ready for any parents who wanted pictures of their kidlets. Marie brought some art supplies, including glitter, so the kids could make decorative picture frames.

Moving the meeting to the first floor lobby seemed to be the best choice.

Marie blinked a little at his parentage, but managed to push aside her surprise. "And have you been having fun in Fandom, Matthew?"

"Yes," Matthew said happily. "I played with Mommy's bunny, I talked to my grandma on the phone, and I visited my Uncle Wyatt."

Given that Marie knew Summer didn't talk to her mother, she assumed that 'grandma' meant Chris's mom, which, if she wasn't mistaken, meant Piper. And the image of Piper being called Grandma made her giggle. "Sounds like you've been very busy," she said.

"Uh huh," Matthew replied. "And I showed Uncle Wyatt some tricks. Mommy and Daddy said I shouldn't orb too much, though."

Marie wasn't exactly sure what orbing was. "Well, you should always do what Mommy and Daddy say," she said. "They probably just want you to be safe."

He looked up at Marie again. "Can I give you a hug?"

He knew he should ask first.
