Third Floor Common Room, Monday Evening

After Hamlet's party, Rikku wandered into the third floor Common Room, fiddling idly with the TV thing and wondering if Hades had been making up those Jeopardy clouds after all.

She quickly got frustrated with the remote, which wasn't working at all, for no discernible reason. "What is wrong with you, anyway?!" she asked it angrily. "And why is nothing ever on? How can you have that many channels and all of them be boring? And where are those stupid Jeopardy clouds?! Was he just teasing?! Why don't I get to play with that fun question thing? Heyyyy ... did it just start??"

[OOC: Open. Question game is in full effect, please come play! And the remote? The batteries are dead, she just doesn't know to check that.]

Evie jumped about a foot. "Sokka? Wait, is Zuko back? I thought he left? And why would he do that?"

[identity profile] sarcasm-guy.livejournal.com 2007-04-24 12:05 am (UTC)(link)
"Does he really need a reason to do something nasty?"

[identity profile] bookyeve.livejournal.com 2007-04-24 12:09 am (UTC)(link)
"I don't know, does he?" Evie frowned. "This is an odd conversation, isn't it?"

[identity profile] sarcasm-guy.livejournal.com 2007-04-24 12:14 am (UTC)(link)
"You really haven't noticed how evil Zuko is?"

Sokka frowned a matching frown. "What's odd about it?"

[identity profile] bookyeve.livejournal.com 2007-04-24 12:16 am (UTC)(link)
"Can you notice someone's evil if you've never had a conversation with them?" Evie asked. Then she frowned. "Doesn't it seem rather-- interrogatory?"

[identity profile] bookyeve.livejournal.com 2007-04-24 01:07 am (UTC)(link)
"What's another word for questioning?"

[identity profile] sarcasm-guy.livejournal.com 2007-04-24 01:14 am (UTC)(link)
"What does that have to do with anything?"

Sokka looked at Evie. Was she okay?

[identity profile] bookyeve.livejournal.com 2007-04-24 01:19 am (UTC)(link)
"Am I not making sense?" Evie asked worriedly. "I'm not, am I?"

[identity profile] sarcasm-guy.livejournal.com 2007-04-24 01:31 am (UTC)(link)
Sokka raised an eyebrow. "Did you know you're talking entirely in questions?"

[identity profile] bookyeve.livejournal.com 2007-04-24 01:33 am (UTC)(link)
"How could I not know at this point?"

[identity profile] sarcasm-guy.livejournal.com 2007-04-24 01:37 am (UTC)(link)
Sokka smiled at that. "It'd be kind of silly if you didn't notice, wouldn't it?"

[identity profile] bookyeve.livejournal.com 2007-04-24 01:38 am (UTC)(link)
And Evie started giggling and couldn't answer, just nod.

[identity profile] sarcasm-guy.livejournal.com 2007-04-24 01:50 am (UTC)(link)
And Sokka started chuckling, too.

"...So, are you okay? Or are you also part of 'Let's all annoy Sokka' day?"

[identity profile] bookyeve.livejournal.com 2007-04-24 02:11 am (UTC)(link)
"I'm okay. And I should never want to annoy you, Sokka."

[identity profile] sarcasm-guy.livejournal.com 2007-04-24 02:15 am (UTC)(link)
Sokka gave her a big hug. "Can you imagine how awesome it is to finally hear SOMEONE in this room talking like a normal person?"

[identity profile] bookyeve.livejournal.com 2007-04-24 02:18 am (UTC)(link)
Evie laughed and hugged him back. "I'm beginning to guess. I want to ask you a question, but I'm almost afraid I'll start all over again."

[identity profile] sarcasm-guy.livejournal.com 2007-04-24 02:23 am (UTC)(link)
"You mean you weren't doing it on purpose?"

[identity profile] bookyeve.livejournal.com 2007-04-24 05:56 am (UTC)(link)
"No, are you?" Evie palmed her face. "I mean, no I was not. And am not. Now."
