Third Floor Common Room, Monday Evening
After Hamlet's party, Rikku wandered into the third floor Common Room, fiddling idly with the TV thing and wondering if Hades had been making up those Jeopardy clouds after all.
She quickly got frustrated with the remote, which wasn't working at all, for no discernible reason. "What is wrong with you, anyway?!" she asked it angrily. "And why is nothing ever on? How can you have that many channels and all of them be boring? And where are those stupid Jeopardy clouds?! Was he just teasing?! Why don't I get to play with that fun question thing? Heyyyy ... did it just start??"
[OOC: Open. Question game is in full effect, please come play! And the remote? The batteries are dead, she just doesn't know to check that.]

She stared for a second. "Was that a statement? Is the question-thing over? What happened? Can I talk normally now?" She listened to herself and made a face. "Dang it."
And then giggled. "Heyyyyy!"

After several deep breaths, he shook his head. "That was very strange."

"I really am bad at the dating thing, though. But I'm not all clingy, honest, like 'gosh, I can't have coffee in case HE finds out, whoa'. It's just - I guess all his exes messed around on him and that's gotta totally screw with your head, you know? So I'm kinda more cautious about the stupid things. And are you always like this, really?"
She took a breath. "Very weird. Kind of fun. And who are you dating, if that's not nosy?"

He did his best to look honest and trustworthy, which, yeah, might have not worked all that well around the grin. "As for who I'm dating, you might know some of them. Sam Carter, Cedric Diggory, and River Tam? And it's one at a time only," he added quickly. "Not a group thing."

"It's okay. I'll take your word, then." She smiled at him. "And I think Sam's one of my TAs, and I know River's in cheerleading with me. But I don't think I know Cedric at all. And wait, you're only dating one at a time? But you said ... Oh. OH." There was a blush and a massive facepalm. "Okay, I said I was bad at this, right?"

"Oh! Dawn, yes, totally! We're starting a club and she helped to do my hair for not-prom. Uh, if it's the same Dawn. No wonder you guys have so many names, the first ones tend to repeat a lot. I mean, how many Jims are here, for one!?" She shook her head. "Long pretty hair? Very nice?"
