5th floor common room

Annette had all the lights off if acceptable in the common room and she sat huddled on the couch with a pillow in front of her face. She was watching The Circle and it was freaking her out. In like a major way. She couldn't even eat the popcorn that was sitting in the bowl at her side. 

"There's something in the fridge..." she whispered. "Don't open it...don't open it..." Her eyes just barely peeked over the edge of her pillow and she reached down and pushed her cell phone just a little further away from her. How was she ever going to get through this movie?

After hopefully getting her surfboard back from that pink bunny, Tori wandered up to the fifth floor common room, wanting to see what people were up to.

Recognizing the familiar form in the darkness, she stopped in the doorway, not wanting to startle her friend too badly. "Annette?"

"Aaaaaaaaa!" Annette jumped up and turned her head sharply, clutching the pillow to her chest. "Tori! Omigod! Come here, come sit with me so I don't have to watch this alone!"

Tori winced and grinned sheepishly. "Sorry if I scared you." She really hadn't meant to. "Okay, sure."

She took a seat next to Annette on the couch. "What are we watching?" The movie didn't seem all that familiar. Then again, Tori wasn't really a fan of horror movies. She was more into the action and kung fu films.

Annette kind of sat close to Tori. Tori might not like it but Annette was totally modding pressing herself against Tori's side, pillow still in front of her face except for her eyes. "A really really scary movie that I tried to watch once but chickened out. It's called The Circle and it's freaky."

Tori didn't really mind. She understood the utter creepiness of these movies. "I can see that." She nodded, remembering why she didn't watch these kind of movies unless the boys were around. Then again, the boys tended to get even more freaked out then her. Loves them, omg!

"...and the phone. What is with the phone? Omigod. I'm going to have to sleep with the lights on. Or a flashlight under my covers..." Annette shoved her pillow in front of her face. "Eeeeep! Why did they have to watch the tape!"

"I think I might have to do the same." Tori admitted while cringing. She covered her eyes with her hands, peeking at the television. "I honestly don't know. Do they have a death wish?"

Annette was peeking at Tori, watching her face with wide eyes, "What's happening? What's happening? If it's scaring you then I will never sleep again, geeze." Cause Annette thought Tori was so cool and could kick major butt.

Tori made a face and then took her hand away, sighing when the main characters were talking with one another. "Okay, it's over. The creepy girl was on the screen and she's just freaky."

Tori could kick major butt, but did get scared sometimes... though it took a lot to scare her.

"Oh, good. Okay. Talking is good." Annette's heart was racing but she moved her pillow away from her face. "Hey, I have popcorn!" Grinning she reached for her bowl and put it between her and Tori, realizing just now that she was sitting really close to her. "Hee, sorry."

"Talking is very good." Tori agreed. She grinned. "Yay for popcorn!" Tori laughed, shaking her head in amusement. "No worries."

"The microwave kind is yummy and buttery and the only kind I know about. Aside from movie popcorn but you know..." She tilted her head and grinned.

"Enjoying the no class thing so far?"

"Oh yeah, I prefer microwave popcorn over movie popcorn." Tori admitted. And it totally didn't have to do with the whole Blake and Hunter getting trapped inside the movie popcorn tub incident, not at all except that it did.

"Oh yeah, it's great. But at the same time, I'm missing getting to see everyone in one place, you know? Especially with people leaving." She explained.

"Hee...we need to go to the movies one night! Oooh, have a girls night out, maybe on the mainland! Shopping, eating, dancing, movies! Yes!"

She nodded, "Yep, I get that. I'm kind of sad not seeing people classy-style. But maybe there will be lots to do over the summer." People leaving was sad though.

"Yes, we so do! It will be a blast!" Tori grinned brightly, so ready for a girls night out.

"Yeah, it was fun." She admitted. "Oh, I sure hope so. At least, I think there will be." It was more than likely from what Conner had told her.

"It will be fabulous, dahling!" Annette giggled.

"Swimming, and oohhh the cabins! This will be fun!"

"Indeed, my dear." Tori smiled happily. "Oh, it's going to be an absolute blast!"

"We'll have campfires too, I'm sure. Roast marshmallows, sing, go skinny dipping..." she cut her eyes at Tori and giggled. "Just kidding. Though I've always wanted to try skinny dipping just once in my life and I'd rather do while I'm young."

"Oh yeah, definitely fun times to be had." Tori smirked. "Hrm... it's good to live life on the edge every once in a while." She laughed. "Better young than when we're older."

"I know, so when we are old we can sit back and laugh at ourselves that are the now. Right? Cause frankly? When I'm old and skinny dipping? Might not be much of a pretty picture. We'll have to dare each other Tori cause I might chicken out...hee"

"Oh, definitely. It'll be the best!" Tori grinned. "Ooh, yeah, I'm not sure I want to think about how I might look then. I think I can muster up a dare." She grinned mischieviously.

Annette totally gave her back the same look, "A triple dog dare even." She paused for a second. "Hey, I think my scared-ness has passed."

"Ooh, I don't know if I could do that." Tori joked. "That might be too intense for me." She winked. "That's great!"

She tossed a piece of popcorn at her, "There is nothing too intense for you. Ever."

Grinning, Annette tossed another piece at Tori, "We're at Fandom, remember? Secrets do not live here!"

She refrained from facepalming. "The Circle and it's freaky and making my heart race and I'm gonna have to sleep with a night light on or something. Here," She pushed her popcorn bowl at him then shoved her pillow in front of her face again. "Omigod. People just need to stop answering the phone."

"Phones are bad. I thought everyone knew this?" He scarfs popcorn. "I have a lantern in my room, you need to borrow?"

Her cell phone was pushed even further away from her, "I have a flashlight? It will work. I need to get some more holy water from Dean."

She quirked a brow, "An arrangement? What you just get holy water whenever you want? Think I can have that sort of arrangement?"

"I don't think so. Unless you can find another nun who'll swap holy water for vodka."

"Oh. Uh. No. Well, that might be kind of hard. I'm not exactly on the up and up with any nuns. Nope." Annette didn't think she'd want to be either. "Dean will give me some, sure of it."

"Dean?" Annette blinked and tried not to pay attention to the scary movie, but she heard it and that was almost just as bad.
